I was a patient of Dr. Graham’s and had previously received treatment at this practice. My experiences with Dr. Graham personally were positive, which is why I intended to return when I needed additional treatment. When my appointment was confirmed, I was quoted a price of $1,580, only if I paid by cash or check on the day of the procedure. The office explicitly instructed me to bring a blank check to be filled out at checkout, clarifying that debit cards did not qualify. If I needed to use a credit card or debit card, the price goes to $1,885. So the office applies a 19.3% markup to their cash-pay rate! As someone living on disability and rebuilding financially after significant medical expenses, I was overwhelmed by this $305 difference. Given that the added cost far exceeds standard payment-processing fees, this structure feels less like a discount for cash payers and more like a significant penalty for anyone unable to provide a check on the spot. This made the policy difficult for me to understand and accept. Dr. Thomas Graham was friendly, yes compassionate, informative, professional and well experienced. His staff was friendly and very helpful and professional as well. Dr. Graham as you would imagine has all of the devices necessary to do Endodontics with precision. He is genuinely interested in you the patient and the outcome as well as your comfort. I would definitely recommend this practice for your needs and if I needed this kind of treatment again I would definitely go back to Dr. Graham. Thank you Dr. Graham!!!!

I was extremely nervous going in and I really didnt know what to expect. I was met with the kindest individuals and all of them equally helpful, pleasant, informative in their area of expertise, and overall gave you a sense of comfort. I felt little to nothing outside of the numbing sensation during my root canal. Dr. Graham told me exactly what to expect along with everything he was going to do. It went fairly quick with no long wait periods and I was back home within two hours. He was also just as kind and caring as everyone else. The atmosphere of the entire place was what really caught my attention. I could feel the love for God in their office. For me thats major and tells me a lot about the business Im putting my money into. I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend! If I ever need anything else done, here is where I will be going.

Look, no one wants to have work done on their teeth, it's fact. However, when a doctor and their staff make that consultation, treatment, and billing a breeze, it makes the visit a lot lighter. Dr. Graham and staff are extremely empathetic, thorough, and do incredible (and painless) work.

Not that I ever want to have a root canal ever again, but if I do need one or need endodontic treatment ever again, I will use Dr. Graham. His office staff was very kind and patient with me as a nervous having never had major dental work done. I highly recommend this office to anyone who needs to have endodontic work done. Thank you Dr. Graham!!!
